Capsules or gummies? How to choose your Shape Burner format

Shape Burner comes in two formats: capsules and apple cider vinegar gummies. Both come 60 to a bottle, both are taken two a day, and one bottle of either lasts 30 days. Here's how they differ, so you can pick the one that fits your routine.

Choose capsules if…
- You're comfortable swallowing capsules.
- You want the larger blend per serving (700 mg).
- You'd rather avoid added sugar and flavoring.
The capsules carry BHB salts (sodium, calcium and magnesium beta-hydroxybutyrate), MCT oil, AAKG and 7-keto DHEA. The other ingredients are rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica.
Choose gummies if…
- You'd rather chew than swallow.
- You want apple cider vinegar in your routine without the sour taste.
- You don't mind 2 g of added sugar per serving.
The gummies add apple cider vinegar to BHB salts, MCT oil, potassium chloride, AAKG and 7-keto DHEA, in a cherry-flavored pectin gummy. They contain coconut.
Can I take both?
Both formats share several ingredients, including BHB salts, MCT oil, AAKG and 7-keto DHEA. Don't combine them unless your healthcare provider says it's appropriate for you, and never exceed the serving on the label.
