How to build a supplement routine you'll actually keep

October 14, 2026 1 min read

Glass of water, Shape Burner bottle and breakfast bowl by a window

The hardest part of any daily supplement isn't choosing it. It's remembering to take it. These habits make a two-a-day serving easy to stick with.

Anchor it to something you already do

Pair your serving with a habit you never skip, like breakfast or your morning coffee. The capsule label asks for a full glass of water with each serving, so a meal is a natural fit.

Keep the bottle where you'll see it

Out of sight really is out of mind. Keep the bottle next to your coffee maker or water glass rather than in a cupboard. Our labels do ask you to store it in a cool, dry place, so avoid the windowsill or right above the stove.

Use a reminder for the first two weeks

A daily phone alarm at the same time each day takes the thinking out of it while the habit forms. Most people can turn it off after a couple of weeks.

Count by the bottle

Every Shape Burner bottle holds 30 servings, so one bottle is one month. If the bottle runs out well before or after a month, that's a sign you've been skipping days or doubling up. A two-bottle pack covers 60 days; three and four bottles cover 90 and 120.

If you miss a day, just carry on

Don't double your next serving to catch up. The label is clear: don't exceed the recommended serving. Take your usual serving the next day and keep going.

Pick the format you'll enjoy

If swallowing capsules feels like a chore, cherry-flavored gummies may be easier to stick with. If you'd rather skip the sugar, capsules are the simpler option. Read our guide to choosing between capsules and gummies.

Check in with your healthcare provider

Before you start any new supplement, especially if you're pregnant or nursing, under 18, take medication or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider.
